Having working in the events industry for many years Tamar has an in depth knowledge of all areas of this industry from marketing, event management, sales, logistics, venue negotiations, audiovisual management, finance and theme development.

She successfully helped design and deliver over 400 events of different sizes and industries in 6 years including non-profit organisations, small and medium size business and government departments, as well as small business seminars. When she arrived in the UK she contracted to the Hilton Hotel Group, Baxterstorey and ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre before starting up her own training and event management business, KinX Management in 2006. Over the next two years she helped launch and manage a large conference and events venue, as well as offered training and consultancy for sales, marketing and event management to the hospitality industry through the BACD (British Association of Conference Destinations). She was also on the board of MIA (Meetings Industry Association) to assist with setting the standards for the whole events industry. In 2008 she was offered the opportunity to promote the most internationally renowned Personal Development speaker in current times, Christopher Howard, in the UK and Europe. The company became one of the best known public events business in the UK offering speakers from all around the world on a variety of business related topics including; personal development, wealth creation, business marketing, property investment, internet marketing, stocks and Forex trading and social media marketing.

Tamar is in her own right, a successful trainer and speaker covering topics which include small business management, event sales and marketing, event management, venue negotiations, effective logistics and how to be your own best promoter. She has trained hundreds of individuals and many small, medium and large organisations over the years to maximise their strengths and profits.

Her extensive all round knowledge and experience of the events industry gives her the edge in her workshops as having worked on all sides of the industry she has a real understanding of how it works. Her dedication and passion to assist others to increase their knowledge and tools for their own businesses drives her to continue working with individuals and organisations through mentoring, workshops and consulting.
