Having working in the events industry for many years Tamar has an in depth knowledge of all areas of this industry from marketing, event management, sales, logistics, venue negotiations, audiovisual management, finance and theme development.

She successfully helped design and deliver over 400 events of different sizes and industries in 6 years including non-profit organisations, small and medium size business and government departments, as well as small business seminars. When she arrived in the UK she contracted to the Hilton Hotel Group, Baxterstorey and ExCel Exhibition and Conference Centre before starting up her own training and event management business, KinX Management in 2006.
